Are you passionate about doing great haircuts and giving excellent customer service? Come and join us! Snip is always on the look out for enthusiastic stylists to join our team, and we currently have a position available for immediate start.

Who are we? 

Snip is a small and friendly Wellington salon, providing great value haircuts. We provide salon quality haircuts at an affordable price, without the conventional frills and upsells. Our clients are professional and easygoing and are keen to maintain regular trims.

The salon is free of any nasty chemicals because we only do haircuts and only use organic products. Provided for you is all the equipment you will need, - just bring your scissors.

Who are you? 

You will be a trained and experienced hairdresser who wants to work for us for a minimum of 6 months, with preference for those who are willing to work for 12 months or more. 

What's your job? 

You will be expected to produce efficient turnover of quality hair cuts. That's pretty much it! Availability must be a minimum of 30 hours and you will be available for 4 shifts between Monday - Saturday.

What else?

You will be paid an hourly rate plus generous commission that is calculated and paid weekly. We provide scissor sharpening, uniforms and regular, professional training.
